The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sukha Yogashala is a 24-day residential professional immersion built around one purpose: turning a committed practitioner into a confident, qualified teacher. You will practice Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa daily, study Anatomy, Physiology, and Vedic Philosophy in depth, and spend dedicated sessions learning how to actually lead a class not just perform in one.
